 Nico Rosberg claimed his second consecutive pole position (third overall for his team) with a 1m20.718s lap, two tenths of a second faster than his team mate Lewis Hamilton (1m20.972s), and three tenths of a second ahead of triple world champion Sebastian Vettel (1m21.054s).
